Glazing: Pinch Pot Project

This is my pinch pot project glazed! I am pretty happy with it except for one part of it did not get glazed. Eventually I will get better at glazing.
  • It is important to wash your hand and wipe off any dust before you glaze because if there is any dust or oily things on your hands than the glaze will not absorb on your project and it will not glaze.
  • You only need to brush your project with wax only when you are dipping it in the bucket so the glaze won't go on the parts that you don't want glaze on.
  • If you are using a bucket to glaze your project, you should only keep your pot in contact with the glaze for about 1.5 seconds.
  • You can not brush on glaze from a bucket because the glaze has been thinned out to be dipped in and if you brush on the glaze then you won't get all the material of the glaze on your project and it will not come out nice.
